1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, we cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered, unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged. If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers, please Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.


2. Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items such as vases, gift sets, or accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations may not always be possible once the order has been prepared or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 working days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a faulty/damaged product.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your flowers or gifts arrive in poor condition, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement bouquet, an alternative of equal value, or a full refund at no additional cost.


6. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for flowers or gifts. If you would like a different product, please place a new order separately.
