We make every effort to ensure that product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate; however, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, availability, or product details after you place an order, we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order for a full refund.


2. Orders & Payment

When placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 3. Pricing & Availability

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For non-perishable items (such as vases or gifts), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. 6. Substitutions & Quality Guarantee

We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality flowers. On rare occasions, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability. When substitutions are made, they will be of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour theme of your chosen arrangement.


7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your flowers or gifts arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. Liability

Flowers and related products should be handled with care and kept out of reach of children and pets unless specified as safe. FloristFlowerDelivery.co.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
